Default Fake App Attack - trapped by Norton everytime I visit this site????

What is up with this site and the fake app attack that my norton blocks when I get here. Is one of the ads spam or a virus? Does anyone else get this?

    Thanks

Nothing happens with my virus scanner when I visit this site. Odd.

    It is an ad.

We've told BuddyTV about this so I until I hear back, the only thing I can suggest is using an adblocker.

    Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir.../adblock-plus/
    Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...namgkkbiglidom
    Safari: http://safariadblock.com/

If you could post the entire warning from Norton, that would be great

Donny: You can probably find some married woman in Jersey to play with

Happend to me as well. It infected me with a "Vista 2012" virus. MacAfee didn't catch it, but have Norton now and not having any problems.

Could you give any more details - like what browser you're using or how it installed?
Any info to track it down would be great.

It is a good idea to update all your plugins (flash java shockwave) and try to close as many security holes as possible. That is whats going to cause it. But blocking the ad's with adblock will help also.
